I’ve ordered the RO/DI unit Make sure to purchase a TDS (Total Dissolve Solids) meter. No point in guessing the levels and they are not expensive either. ;] Rather than using Seachem equilibrium, you can save money and use tapwater to balance the parameters using a 40% tap with 60% RO water mix.
