RE: Plank's Guppy pics

I've just let them balance themselves out. There's normally about 60-70 in the tank at any one time with 30 or so panda corys and a bristlenose. It is a 2'6" tank now as the old 2' gave up. You can keep males on their own though, get 10+ though as they will harass each other with less. Thank y...

RE: Plank's Guppy pics

Just having a good nose through all the threads and this was popped out as I love guppies. Yours are beauties love the colours! I owned male and females and of course this resulted in lots of fry but I remember panicking that my tank would be overrun...I was told to let nature do it’s thing as all w...

RE: Can we talk about internal filters...

What size is the tank? The Interpet filters are usually ok. I actually use JBL Cristalprofi i80 in the 68 and 110, but the two I have are older, with the magnetic hold rather than suckers. I’ve been having a play with fish combinations on aqadvisor and it doesn’t take much to go over recommended fi...

Can we talk about internal filters...

Hi ? my new tank will be coming with an interpet CF3 filter and I already know long term this won’t be adequate for my needs, I don’t really want to go down the route of an external filter this time, just trying to keep things as simple as possible.  So only focusing on internal filters what is the ...

RE: Can’t break old habits!

To be honest I have not got a clue...a very kind member from another forum sent me some cuttings and it went wild. I do remember though there were little bits floating on top of the water all the time from this plant so whilst it provided lots of green and looked great it was high maintenance.

Can’t break old habits!

Hi everyone! I am brand new to the forum but not brand new to fishkeeping. I owned the most wonderful APS 330L white gloss tank but regretfully had to sell going back nearly 3 years ago as we were moving house (buying our first home) and in this new build we just don’t have the room...it was a sad t...
