Are the cobalt blues dwarf colour morphs?
Blues are usually 3-spot colour morphs.
If at first you don't succeed....

3-spots have the potential to get to 8", so shouldn't be kept in tanks that are under 4' long.
2 males will likely end up with fighting. Sad

Paul, what Ian means is

The fish you have are Trichogaster lalius and the other blues are Trichopodus trichopterus. Two entirely different species.

The two you have will probably fight if males.

They will keep fighting, no matter how many females you get (yes, any dwarf female is fine, they are only colour morphs of the "true" dwarf), unless the tank is over 6' with loads of hiding places.
Male gourami (in general - I can only think of two exceptions) will fight, even different species......so, in general, only one male per tank.

For females you can look for the brownish / silverish females of the "common" Trichogaster lalius.

These blue ones are the only ones that show blue / colored females as well.
