Full grown mollies will range from anywhere between 5" and 8", dependant on their dominant genes.
They will (or at least should) get too big for a 57l tank, and will knock seven bells out of a betta.
How hard is your water? Bettas do well in much softer water than mollies...........
If at first you don't succeed....
...get someone else to do it! Big Grin
