Lottie’s 60L
All going okay in the tank. Spotted another batch of fry during WC this evening!

We're definitely getting to the point where we need to get plans in place to rehome some of the offspring in the new year. Is there a minimum size they should be before going to a new home? I'm completely clueless on the whole rehoming thing, am planning to put an ad on here and would obviously want them to go to an established tank with the right parameters for platies to thrive. Stay tuned...

Well Lottie, you will need another tank to put them in, lol. Joking aside its nice to have fry survive, but as you say, what to do with the juveniles when they get bigger, rehoming can sometimes be a problem, and you will want them to go to good homes I know.

Glad things are going well Lottie Smile
If you want help i’m “a little” experienced in livebearer fry Wink
If you can keep track of roughly how old the fry are they will start showing dimorphism around 3-4months old and they can breed very soon after.
I did write this guide a little while back on raising them Smile
