Nearly there! Jota's tank
The brine shrimp didn't hatch so I know that jar is obviously too old. I might get a new tub of it because I remember my tetras all those years ago loved them.

Got the Soilent Green today. Mixed up a batch and let it set then put half a teaspoon sized chunk into the tank. The Rummy's were sniffing around it for a while but the Cory's have parked their asses on it for the past 3 hours!

I thought the Amano's and Oto's might have had a go but they seem to be slow to anything new.

The Oto's seem to have their own preferences. 3 like the courgette, one likes the cucumber, one likes to stick to the wood and rocks and the last one spends all it's time on the back wall munching some brown algae.

Nitrates around 5ppm for the last couple of weeks. I don't think I've got that much plant growth but then I suppose 40 tetras, 6 cory's and 6 Oto's isn't a big bioload.

The Kitty boys are chasing the ladies again. It's very hard to get a decent pic with the phone, it ends up a blur.

Amano's are like little gollum's! they do crack me up when they run off with food the same size as they are.
