Filter media

Just seems funny that the media that's been used for years has suddenly become 'crap' according to PG. If your filters are doing there job, and you have 0ppm Ammonia, Nitrite and low level Nitrate, surely that's what counts. I use ceramic rings/noodles in all three of my filters and they are doing a grand job as far as I am concerned.  Wink

You pays your money and makes your choice, as they say.  Smile

indeed. One of the oldest media's is still one of the best! Siporax ( Ceramic rings ) 20+ years and still as highly rated as ever.
