An SQL error occurred while fetching this page. Please contact the Board Administrator if this problem persists.

I am receiving this today on several forums.

It might be a PHPBB issue. Tim is looking into the server side of things.

I think that could be cached! I've been periodically checking the admin panel and its not gone above about 6/20. I do have another update to do at some point soon, but I want to make sure the forum is stable before doing it!
