Emails going straight to junk

Hey guys

Ok I know this isn't a forum problem but hopefully someone here knows.  I'm using outlook and my notification emails form here keep going to junk, I clicked the "Not Junk" option but it only applies it to that actual email, not old or new ones.  Does someone where the option is to apply this to every email from these forums?  I can't find an option for it on the outlook desktop app.

It's probably staring me right in the face..  :rolleyes:

Right CLick on the message in the folder view and from the Junk options select "Never Block Sender" or " Never Block Senders Domain" otherwise by design (as you've already seen) it simply marks that specific message as "not junk"
