I hope you're all safe Well in this time of lockdown. It's safe to say the CO2 injection has had a massive affect on the tank after one month. I originally put it in to try and sort a hair algae issue, but that turned out to be a different issue. If I miss ferts for one day the hair algae returns.

Impressive! Is that just a plain sand substrate as well? I've wanted to try CO2 for a long while now but never got round to it

Thanks, yeah thats just plain sand, I did use fert tabs at the beginning and dose daily with Tropica Premium, 50% water changes on a Wednesday and Sunday.
I went for the fire extinguisher set up with a solenoid regulator from china and its working a treat.

Thanks all! Happy to do updates, but I'm already trimming stuff back, the sessiflora is producing visual growth each day, and I'm actually having to bin now as I trim instead of replanting just so it doesn't take over the tank. I allow it to shade the moss as thats where I was getting the main thread algae issues.

I think once I can go outside again I will give it a go and try co2. I mean my tank is looking really good without but it has inspired me to
