Heaters left unplugged, lights left on constant, not noticing the filter hadnt started back up after a few hours....and thats just the tanks, nevermind the rest of the daft stuff i do

Playing with live electrics and getting shocked (should know better), cracking myself in the nose (might’ve broken it, not sure but i could breathe better once it healed ) with a 2lb copper/hide mallet at 3am, throwing a 100% live 30mm incendiary round up in the air and catching it one handed until i got to a door and realised what i was actually doing

When transferring fish the other day had a male emperor tetra jump out of a (large) water bucket that was only a third full, lucky bucket was in the bath and I noticed it in time to scoop it up, also lucky it didn't jump the other way or it would have been down the plughole! I would always have normally put a towel over, It seems none the worse and has gone in the QT tank just for now to keep the filter going so no harm done
