Hi, does anyone know what this is? Sorry it's a bit blurry, they were busy little things!

Synodontis multipunctatas or cuckoo catfish. Pretty sure they’re from the african rift lakes and their common name is representative of how they breed/get their young protected....

:(

I'm guessing that these would get too big for my tank?

It's approx 82 cm long, 52cm height and 43 cm depth....?

They also require hard water and high ph as they’re from the rift lakes of africa (Lake Tanganyika if we’re being accurate :D). I think they’re also gregarious.

Back to the drawing board then... ;)

Still, at least the info is easily available nowadays, which is better than you trying to rehome some monster fish in a few months' time :)

GL, Think you'll find that's a juvenile Synodontis Longirostris or False Cuckoo Synodontis. Still a no, no WinteRose73, need to be kept in a Lake Tanganyika biotope aquarium, unless your planning another aquarium you haven't told us about yet. :]
WARNING - DO NOT BREED, FEED OR PET THE PUDDLE! :dodgy2:
