I have 4 german blue rams. Originally had two but one is really bullying the other so thought I'd get two more to see if I could distract the behaviour a bit
Not sure on what sex but think my two new ones today are male and female and they are just getting chased also. Anyway, I'm keeping them with 8 neons, 6 rummy nose and 4 harlequins. What temp should I have
I know the German blue like higher temps but not sure if the others will be OK that high?

The neons are your biggest problem. The others could cope at 27/28 which is what you need for the rams, but your neons want 24 and below. Cardinals are a better choice for that set-up (my first ever tank was cardinals, rummies, Harley’s, with a ram and then pearl gourami).
240L Fluval Roma with Oase 600 Biomaster: 1 German red bristlenose, 4 male cherry barbs, 6 standard rummynose, 3 golden rummynose tetra, 9 emperor tetra, 14 cardinal tetra, 2 hengeli rasbora, 3 nerite snails, 1 adult Sulawesi snail and multiple juveniles continually appearing.
Parameters: gH2, kH1, pH7.4 (tap).
Fish fiend since October 2017.

Rams require temps at around 27/28/29C
Neons require temps lower at around 23/24C but can go as high as 26C (Cardinal tetra would be the better choice at 26/27C)
Harlequin rasbora are best at around 23/24C but should be fine at 26/27C
Rummy-nose tetra (usually Hemigrammus bleheri) are best at 24/25C, true rummy-nose tetra (Hemigrammus rhodostomus) are also best at 24/25C but can take 27C.
You may get away with 26C as a compromise but 27C would be best for most of the fish (except for Neon tetra) long-term.

If you've got a bully ram, adding more is likely to mean more dead rams. Unless there are lots of hiding places and a big tank, he'll just go at them. Dispersing aggression needs very big groups, not a couple more.

How big is the tank and how is it decorated/planted?
Having 4 cichlids in anything less than a 4' is asking for problems really........

I’d suggest a minimum of 78-80 for general maintenance of Blue Rams, and the mid 80s for breeding.
Btw they’re not German Blue Rams, just Blue Rams. The German strain doesn’t exist anymore (long story).

What happened was that shortly after 2000 the Singapore farms began using prophylactic antibiotics on their Rams because the health and reputation of captive bred Rams was in decline. The fish looked great but the antibiotics made them very weak when put into ‘clean’ water. At the same time, a Ram was being developed in Germany with the goal of making a fish with as much black on it as possible (this German strain had either a large black lateral spot that extended up into the dorsal fin, or a second one in the dorsal fin). The Singapore farms cashed in on the popularity of this healthy strain by calling their own Rams German. The name has stuck ever since, even though they never were German. The German strain development was discontinued as the fish had as much black as they were going to get. You’ll be lucky to even find a picture of one these days, although you might find a picture of a descendant....

More black than dark rams? There are some that are almost completely black. Never seen them in the UK though
