I've been breeding domestic Betta Splendens for afew years now, but have recently started keeping and breeding wild type bettas(Imbellis, mahachai and Smaragdina).
I wondered if anyone had cross bred any of the above? I currently have afew month old batches of Imbellis X Splendens and Wild Splendens X Mahachai fry, so am curious as to what they may turn out like.

Thanx. At a month old they look like any other betta fry. Hopefully they start getting colour soon.

A little update: Looks like I have around 25 or so that have recently started getting colour on the edges of their fins - Pinky Red which is likely to change.
