I’d noticed a slight spot a few weeks ago but today it’s much more obvious 😭. Definitely internal, not constipation but a distinct lump. Not affecting his swimming and still feeding as usual. Any thoughts? I’m guessing tumour or abscess of some sort.

Not Ghost as well! :(
That is either an internal parasite trying to exit or a tumour by the looks.
You could try half-dosing and anti internal like the Interpet or Sterazin (Paragon if Pumpkin is still in there ;) ).

@plankton I have esha 2000 and exit; would either of those be any use (half dose)?

Together maybe, but I'm not sure whether they'd do anything at a quarter dose of each (you couldn't use a half-dose of each together, that would be way too risky).
