@Andys temperate tank sorry to hijack your thread, I hope you don't mind if I ask a question...?
I have an empty superfish home 60 in the shed and a running 80ltr currently with barbs, which will go into the new tank . I promised myself that the new 190 ltr would replace both tanks but I've seen some really lovely bettas recently...
Would a betta be OK in an 80ltr or would that be too large? I can always resurrect the 60ltr but the 80 could be simpler....
Betta tank suggestions

'Take wasps,' Death continued. 'Wasps are made entirely from bastard. Whose grand design are they part of?'

I'm no expert but I couldn't see a tank being too big for a fish.WinterRose73 wrote: ↑Fri Feb 21, 2020 21:16 pm @Andys temperate tank sorry to hijack your thread, I hope you don't mind if I ask a question...?

I've had a busy day today.
Built the new coffee table for the tank to sit on. Washed my substrate while zarra was at the gym. Then we took the kids to fish alive so dad could buy some plants.
I got some Amazon sword, vallis, 2 anubis, 1 anubis nana, 3 crypt wendtii and some tabs to go on the substrate. And a couple of rocks to finish the raised part.
On the way back I stopped at pets at home and bought some sagittarius subulata and another fore ground plant I can't remember the name of.
Everything ready for plants.
