Lemon tetras, they colour up really nicely and aren't a problem. They can also take a whole range of temps.
I'd be suspect keeping gold barbs at a higher temp permanently anyway.

I don't know what happened to our hobby cause it seems people are starting to keep fish warmer and warmer nowadays.
Where are the good old 24/25 degrees?
I keep most of my fish even unheated hahaha. So I did with Golden Barbs.
We might reach the boilingpoint this century hahahaha.
