My other shrimp have a chalk stone. It's sea chalk from Rügen. Originated from fossil animals. Pure calcium oxide. It is only slightly soluble in water. But at an acidic pH, calcium hydrogen carbonate will dissolve until the pH is 7.
But it should stay sour with the bees. the KH should remain low.
I will try to photograph the young shrimp. They are uncolored. Approximately 25 pieces.

I hadn't used copper, any other metal, or medicine. I know it's poisonous.
I checked my order paper. The name is Red Bee 3 Band Grade BK 2-4.
There are still 4 adults and about 25 young. Brown, gray, slightly red.
I hope the color will develop.

What about new plants? They are often treated for snails which can be a sneaky way of introducing copper. ;)

I don't buy aquatic plants. I give them away for free. Last time I bought Aponogeton madagascariensis. Online, 3 pieces. April 2018. They're getting too big. I cut the rhizome. I gave away some of them.

The crypto has been my breed for many years. Sometimes I check the roots (is potted in gravel). It bloomed.

Hornworth, Riccia, Java Moss, all of my plants for years. No strangers.

I'd do a full water change before you get them, acclimatise them slowly and don't change the water more than once a week, and only small amounts.
With feeding the right balance of food there shouldn't be massive problems as you don't have high nitrates.

Yes I will do that. Now is not delivered. It's too cold. I have to wait. I'll get back.
