It's not a great photo but it was crawling down my glass, as it moved it stretched out it's body length and was moving quite rapidly, it's to the left side of the rock circled in blue.
Can you I identify this worm creature

Possible Planaria? It's the right sort of colour but can't make out its shape. Could be a related flatworm.
Another possibility (and perhaps less of a concern) is Rhabdocoela. Check shapes of heads on Google and compare with what you've got?

As I said before its a I'm pretty certain it is a leach. Having just viewed your video of the aquarium your Loach or Loaches should enjoy that, but also we use to find you would get those at that size when there is excess food in the aquarium.

The only thing I can think of that would connect directly to beef is perhaps a juvenile tapeworm but it doesn't look opaque or long enough for that, and even then it shouldn't hatch in your aquarium.
