This is the Dr Tims

However the 25% Ammonia I found is also suitable and is far better value for money
Dr Tims is about £8 for 60ml and you may end up needing 2 bottles for a larger tank ( I was using 7ml to achieve 2PPM for a 250l capacity)
The 25% ammonia is £7 (ok £15 with delivery) for 250 ml and to achieve 2PPM in the same 250 ml require only 2ml
Ie for my usage case one bottle of Dr Tims equals approx 7 treatments (or 88p per treatment) , one Bottle of the industrial strength ammonia is 125 treatments (or 12p per treatment)
As I said if you do go for the 25% "industrial" strength then make sure you open it outside !!!

Cycling is the process of getting the beneficial bacteria needed to convert the ammonia to nitrite to nitrate all up and running.
Can either be done fish in (ie by using their poop to generate ammonia) or fishless (ie by adding ammonia)
