I have been informed that this bit of paper (see photo), is VERY important! It is proof that you have received the vacination. A Doctor friend informed me that if you wish to travel abroad later in the year, you may well be asked to produce this. You will receive it during your first injection as shown with the top part filled in. At the second injection the bottom part will be completed.
This paper measures 10cm x 6cm so as you can see it could easily get mislaid.
