One thing I've noticed though is that it's squished a portrait photo down! Is there a pixel limit also?

nope. I have noticed it the first time you view a landscape then a portrait image. Clicking off it and then back on, it then displays correctly.

EDIT: Okay, that's really bizarre. If I open the portrait pic through that link it is normal size yet when I open it through the thread it's squished????
