If you can get as far as the third line, it’s a Leather Carp x Koi Carp hybrid.

Goldfish are normally big enough to live in a bowl in people’s homes, happily whiling the hours away, scarcely taking up enough room to cause any trouble.
Doesn't that first line make you sick ?

Agree, leather carp and other carp grow big.

Certainly does. People wouldn't keep a carp in a 'goldfish bowl' yet they are both from the same Cyprinidae family.

Big is an understatement :P The biggest carp caught in the world ( this was 2019 ) weighed a whopping 105kg

Well, it all depends what you mean by ‘carp’. That is Catlocarpio siamensis, the Giant Siamese Carp or Giant Barb. The biggest caught to date was this one at 174kg…
