I have a pleco I bought a few years ago … was sold to me as a rusty pleco… however I have seen other rusty plecs and they look very different from mine :…image below

Top is male, Other two I think are female based on nuchal hump. But I'm not great at sexing angelfish. There will be people along shortly who will be able to be more confident I'm sure.

The best way to sex angels is when you can see their ovipositor. On males they are long and thin and females are short and more stumpy.

You can tell a female if it has a wide blunt ovipositor sticking out, or a male with a thin pointy one. Apart from that, Angels can’t be sexed by sight.
