36% sounds good for Corys. What make are the spirulina and algae flakes? The more expensive foods tend to have higher quality ingredients and more of the necessary vitamins and minerals required. Algae eaters don’t really need algae, just plant-based ingredients and proportions.
I don't keep fish, I keep water. Water keeps fish.
