Leaves, peat, alder cones, wood... leach acids that will lower KH as they react with it, but it doesn’t affect GH.

Taking about Clown Loaches, I recently viewed this video with Cory of Aquarium CO-OP which I thought I'd share with you.

My tap water is still currently reading very low. 4dGH. My PH is 6.8 but my KH is only 1dKH or lower. I don't understand anything about KH but am thinking such a low reading isn't good. I have already ordered Seachem Equilibrium for the hardness, so I can do a water change while my water parameters are as they are.
Can anyone help explaing what I need to do for the KH please?

Okay after reading on the Seachem site I have ordered their Alkaline Buffer. I think this alongside the Equilibrium should help control water parameters before Northumbrian Water return my liquid rock water

It was so cute to see how happy my step-daughters 2 Clown Loach were to join the other 3 Clowns we got. They love each others company
She said they spent most of their time hiding in her tank. They have come on leaps and bounds in a group. I can't wait to move them to the 5ft tank. Blasted water is delaying everything

They are a gregarious species and do love company 
Thats the trouble is people dont generally have room for a group. And dont worry you’ll get them in there and settled soon enough
