Hello, my name is scott, i bought two cichlids this weekend to go in my 50gal, a bumblebee cichlid, and another, neon something. Could someone clue me up woth the name of this so i can research more about it. Thanks

By the way, its fresh in the tank so doesnt look as colourful, or neon blue as it will!

That looks very like a pseudotropheus socolofi.
It might not be, but it could be something similar.

looks like a juvi, so will colour up :)

make sure your water stats are right for them! Bog wood will do the opposite to what you want.
