Am a newbie to owning tropical fish. I recently adopted some tropical fish from a deceased relative.
I just want to identify what they are so I can read up and make sure I am looking after them right.
Pictures of the 3 different fish below.
Thanks in advance
CH
Can you identify these fish?

Hello and welcome to the forum
The third one looks like a Platy.
First one looks like a Black Widow tetra.

Welcome to the forum.
Can you get a side-on of the black and orange fish?
They do look a bit like either rainbow or red-tailed black sharks, but keeping two together hardly ever works as they grow, even in a big tank.

Dorsals are Orange, they're Rainbows.
Churny, Rainbows are fairly territorial and get up to 15-17cm long. They like to have a lot of hiding areas and they don't get on well with other bottom dwellers including their own kind. Also if they get stressed they occasionally jump.
Could you give us the dimensions of the tank and the model or a picture of the filtration, lighting and heating?
