as in Aragonite sand? or as in crystals?

as long as its dry sand and not the bacteria booster type live sand then you should be ok.

Has anyone kept sterbai corys with Pseudotropheus saulosi as they are there already and b3 nice if i didn5 have to move them

They won't take the hardness of the cichlids, or the water.
