Hi,
A couple of days ago added a new plant to my new aquarium, i can only assume this plant came with this creature.
I googled a bit and most photos that looked similar were labelled as leech, the creature was hanging on the side of the glass like a leech would rather than a worm.
I have since removed it but maybe it wasn't alone so I'm looking for advice on how to treat the tank (125l) so it doesn't end up infested.
I have no fish yet, i am doing a no fish cycle before i buy any.
Please help.
Thankyou.
Worm? Leech? How do i get rid?

Manual removal is the only way as I don’t think there is a single medicine out there that touches them.

Greetings & welcome to
Yep, looks like leech.
If you don't want to touch it, you can syphon it out by sticking pipe over leech and gently moving up the glass to unattached the offending creature.

You won’t get an infestation. With leeches you just get the odd one or two. Your problem is probably over.
I don't keep fish, I keep water. Water keeps fish.
