Ok taken the advice and I started on about a third of a cube of frozen bloodworms, that all disappeared pretty quick so now I use half a cube about 3 times a week. I feed once a day with my bug bites. I have now got 2 blister packs of "Tropical Quartet", cubes or red and white mosquito larva, Atemia and Cyclop. is it best to feed these separately of a fix of all the different ones?

You can mix them, just dont use the same amount you would if only using one block type, also remember some of the frozen foods are bigger than others

If you're only feeding half a cube every 3 days, then just rotate what you feed.
Because I've got four tanks I just mix different cubes every time and put the appropriate amount in each tank.
