Thanks Iain. The male apisto has already learned to stay away from the angels favourite anubias plant.Gingerlove05 wrote: ↑Sun May 16, 2021 21:56 pm He’s got some long tips to his fins Andy a very nice mohawk

I've just realised today that angels delight has been running just over a year. Its been a pleasure keeping the tank and i have to say thanks to everyone who has helped me along the way.
This pic is the first bit of planting we done with the first scape. It looks very empty.
The 4 of the 6 angels i had before the platinum pair took over. I miss the others
Next is the rescape we did in an attempt to keep the 6 angels happy. It failed on that front and I had to take 4 angels back to the LFS but we really liked the new look.
And finally the tank as it is now all grown in.
My head would have been done in over all these lockdowns without this tank. Fish keeping is my first and only in door hobby, it makes me really appreciate it and the work that goes into maintaining the tank.

I done my water change yesterday. Before I done that I trimmed all of the hygrophila 53b that was lying on the surface of the water. Its brightened the tank up a bit.
An amano shrimp made an appearance while I was refilling.
The bn came for a look as well, although he looks grumpy.
I have named the male apisto "Happy" after Happy Gilmore. He is the most curious fish. Yesterday he checked out all of my tools that went in the tank and came within half and inch of my hand and stayed for a while. I think he is my mate.
