Hope your ok Drifty
Do you have anyone who could help you with the change? If not the fish etc should be ok until your ready. Maybe just a small top up if its needed (this weather can help that along) :)

Yeh I notices it needs a top up I think I can manage that just can't do a 30L water change too heavy...
I'm ok had a blood clot still recoving from it... on alot of meds is why i'm weak at the moment.

Ugh thats not good :-/ hope you recover quickly, just dont over do it
If you can manage, use a small jug to pour fresh water in(remember dechlorinator), saves trying to lump too much water around in one go :)

Get well quickly Drifty. :)
When I had my back op, after a friend came and helped with (well did) a water change I changed a jugful every other day until I could lift and carry again.
(I do have a jug just for fish use ;) )

I would say if your helper isn’t very experienced don’t worry too much about hoovering up mulm. A functional filter and good parameters is the important bit. Trimming plants and making it look tidy can wait! I hope you feel better soon.
