Do you have anyone who could help you with the change? If not the fish etc should be ok until your ready. Maybe just a small top up if its needed (this weather can help that along)

I'm ok had a blood clot still recoving from it... on alot of meds is why i'm weak at the moment.

Ugh thats not good hope you recover quickly, just dont over do it
If you can manage, use a small jug to pour fresh water in(remember dechlorinator), saves trying to lump too much water around in one go

Get well quickly Drifty.
When I had my back op, after a friend came and helped with (well did) a water change I changed a jugful every other day until I could lift and carry again.
(I do have a jug just for fish use )

I would say if your helper isn’t very experienced don’t worry too much about hoovering up mulm. A functional filter and good parameters is the important bit. Trimming plants and making it look tidy can wait! I hope you feel better soon.
