Try skimming the surface with a piece of kitchen towel, it is a bit weird-looking but I think it's ok.
But, as @Martinspuddle says, test if you think anything may be awry.

so Ammonia 0ppm Nitrite 0ppm Nitrate 10ppm ph 7.4 all normal water was changed 50% last Friday
Don't see anything dead...
Alot of newbies guppys and bladder snails but that about it.

So I did the test all good there...
and also did the kitchen towel skimming the surface within 40 mins it back to bubbles on surface again.

any ideas?

More surface agitation and less feeding?

If it's that quick it must be bubbles, so not a major problem....but @fr499y's suggestion is probably the right one. :)

So this week water changed 50% 30L...
Got a super fishkeeper 300 skimmer...

The guppies may enjoy that a bit too much and tire themselves out, they such crankies! ;)
Looks like it's cleared the bits.
You won't run it all the time will you?

no I ran it for 15 mins and will only run it if there oil or bubbles on surface other wise I just run it ever clean day for 15 mins
