Many thanks @Stephen I found a branch of "Spotless Water" near my partner's workplace that works out abut 4p/L with VAT so looks like i'll be taking a trip there tomorrow with my big bucket with lid!

pH is 8.35
Ammonia is 2ppm
Nitrite is 2ppm
Nitrate is 20ppm
