LOL! you joke but I've used bamboo in aquaria before!
My late father's old house had a large amount Bamboo growing from next doors garden.

We sold it in 2020 and thankfully no one back then had said anything about this latest problem plant.

It depends on the type. We have some in a large pot and its a dwarf clumping bamboo (the good type!), but I've noticed a few black stems growing which I'll need to remove!

It happened.. I have the background plants a massive trim!

They’ll grow back but will take a bit of time to get used to growing emersed once they breach the surface.

I was getting a bit fed up of picking the flowers out of everything (the water, the cupboard, the carpet and even in the sofa!) when the doors are open 😂

That's great, I am not looking forward to doing mine, I had to pull some runners out this morning as the filter was unable to work, just doing that involved getting water and bits of plant everywhere. your Macropodus looks to be getting a good size now, lovely shadowy figure in your pic :happy:
