Today at feeding time, my pleco was really aggressive towards my sterbai corys. Was proper charging at them, not just chasing away but actually following for a bit too
They lived together for at least 6-8 months and never was a problem. Like genuinely first time saw that..
is it normal for them to be so aggressive? Because I’m not sure I can keep it if my poor corys going to get hurt
Blue eyed lemon pleco aggression

I take it that’s a biristlenose? Yes it’s natural for plecs to be territorial over their feeding area. Maybe it’s not getting enough food...

How big is it? Maybe it’s maturing and getting a bit of an attitude...

Sarah can be a bit of a moody cow at times, sitting there flaring at nothing

As long as the corys can get out of the way they should be alright.
It's difficult to tell whether there's any small bristles up the nose because of the plant leaf, but if the small bristles around the mouth are the only ones, then it's likely she is a she.
