Hiya, wonder if anyone has experience on this. Today I noticed angelfish tail has split 😔
I’m worried is this a sign it’s getting poorly?

No, this is the only one. My Bolivian ram gives it an occasional chase but really rarely and hardly gets to to it. Never really serious 🙈

When I had 6 some of their tails were much worse than that from fighting. They healed in a couple of days once I seperated them.

Oh that’s interesting thanks for sharing . I will keep an eye on him and the rest of the tank. He’s happy though and active and eating well. Water parameters also always have been good. Just worried he wasn’t getting ill 🙈

What are you feeding?
Also what are ALL your water parameters (inc. hardness and temp)?
(Good isn't enough ;) )
Any sharp decor?

Pristine water, drop of Melafix to help keep out secondary fungus and also help regrowth.
