Is this a disease or wound?

Not sure if this is a wound or disease? It's possible that he banged himself whilst I was removing fish Friday and they were running from the net.
He's not acting his usual self but is eating.
He does get black patches when stressed, he had a couple come up with all the moving but had all but faded.
It could just be the area behind the gill and because it's black (hope its just from stress) that it stands out?

I cant help with the mark on the fish but I'd like to know which one is the fastest runner?

The Parrots are very clumsy and not graceful at all so not too hard to catch! Yellow lab on the other hand was like Usain bolt with fins! Lol

Looks like pigmentation to me, so if the stress marks are black, that's what it is.......
