Hi All,
2-3 cardinal tetras are extremely fat - look massively bloated and 3 times the size than others. Swimming and eating ok. I did read it’s possible they could be full of eggs, but do I need to do anything about it or just leave them. Surely it’s extremely uncomfortable for them

If it’s eggs then possibly a large cooler water change might trigger spawning.

Gravid females, they'll drop when they feel like it. I had lemon females that did exactly the same.

The parameters should be just right for them.
