How far along are these guppies??

Don't they get eaten though? I found more get eaten than survive, and the more fish you have, the fewer survivors you get.
yes out of 20 to 60 frys maybe 10 or less will make it unless you have some really good hiding spots for the frys... about week 3 or week 4 they get chase now again... that down to luck...

I have at least 30 swords here. They are in a large tank though. Sadly they can’t all stay.

You can try asking your local lfs if they will take them off your hands... mine has all my krib fry and used to have my guppies and platies as well.

Your guppies look pretty well on the way, over 12 days anyway, as the others have said the last two pics look a bit further along, but it's close.

@plankton yea I’m just dreading having more babies. I thought wrongly when I thought rehoming the male would be the solution

If your going all females then just wait for the frys... Take out the males at week 5 or 6 when you can tell which is which...

Thats why most people will keep all male ( they have the colour and no worries of fry! ) When they are big enough to tell apart, they usually end up carrying lol.
