Not a very good photo but over the last couple of days his fins have become very ragged, with no obvious signs of fin rot. He's now on the bottom not doing a great deal. He's about 2 and a bit years old.
Any ideas or would it be best to send him to the big aquarium in the sky?

I would imagine if he’s hiding away he might be getting nipped, but at a bit over 2 years old he’s probably nearing the end :(
guppies dont have long life spans and old age does seem to catch up to them fairly quickly. Is he still eating?

I've not seen him being nipped. He was eating this morning but not interested now. He looks old as does another one. I'll see how he is in the morning. Thanks.

2+ years nowadays is quite long for shop-bought, mine don't live that long and they've all been raised in the tank now, haven't input a new gene pool for about 15 years now though.

I found him dead this morning. All the others are fine so I'll put it down to old age.
