clown loach losing weight

iv tried garlic infused foods also tried crushed garlic in some tank water and soaked pellts in it for 20mins and poured the lot in, room smelt of garlic for 2 days but he just wont entertain it. could you suggest a good internal parasite/worm medication, also i should med whole tank again.

Waterlife Sterazin is good, Kusuri wormer is good. Interpet Anti-Internal Parasite (used to be #9) is good as well.

quick update. nothing has changed skinny fish still not eating and becoming skinnier. iam at a loss as to wot to do. everything else seems perfectly fine. thanks again but i think hes on hunger strike and will sadly surley die soon.

Sad day. Skinny finaly died today. Suprisingly it was 4 inches long. 14 clowns remain.
