I've recently been given a 2 foot tank which I would like to use as a breeder. Thinking of leaving it bare bottom with java moss and some floating plants. Would it be possible to breed albino koi guppies, L129 plecos and cherry shrimp all in the same aquarium of this size?
Any advise welcome.

Agreed, I think you’ll find it difficult to meet all their needs in a small tank and if your breeding efforts are successful you will soon be overstocked.
You may also find that the different species compete for food or eat each other’s young.
