Yes Ric. After a couple of water changes they are right as rain. Against Martins advice I added a third one - as an insurance policy because I’d hate to see one on its own. They are all very active and begging for food. Plan is a water change at least every fortnight. To be honest I really have the feeling that things went pear shaped due to my lack of knowledge. Feel really guilty, but it will pass eventually

I know I've been told I give dodgy old advice, but I never did a waterchange on my pond in all the years I had it.
Top it up at the end of a very hot day and added pond dechlorinator. Have you use any dechlorinator?

Hi Ruth, sorry to hear of your bad experiences with your fish. It is heartbreaking and so frustrating when there is no obvious answer. I am sure you will get to the bottom of it. You have a beautiful pond and garden.
