Yup, that’s the plan for the ‘deeper’ pocket at the end 😁

The liner and underlay should arrive today, so I need to crack on with relocating the rest of the soil tonight when I get in.

And we’re nearly full!! The stressful bit now of leaving it full while I wait for the rest of the bits to arrive.

The boulders, cobbles and pebbles should arrive on Tuesday, And if I hurry up and order some plants, they should arrive early next week as well.

Plants have been ordered.

Heucherella for at the back fenced section in ‘solar eclipse’, ‘sweet tea’, ‘catching fire’ varieties, Primula vialii and lavender angustifolia as well. I’ll be putting some creeping plants in between the rocks at some point as well. There’s an amazing plant nursery about a mile from my house with loads of choice for creepers and rockery plants so should be good 😊.

For in the pond, I’ve got dwarf bulrush for the deeper section, and I’ll get a load of floaters and oxygenating plants to go with it. Who knows, might even get a few pond snails to start the ‘nature’ part of the project off!

The Heucherella

Thought I’d test out a few roots that I’ve got floating around. They’ll certainly get used 😁
