Hi,been doing a fishless cycle added Dr Tim’s and some tetra safe start .On day five and no cloudyness still showing ammonia @2.0ppm .I’ve cycled many tanks before never had this.Am I being a bit impatient?.

It can still take a good couple to four weeks to cycle.
Have you tested for nitrite yet? That will tell you what the progress is.
Wait until the ammonia is zero before dosing. The Dr. Tim's is basically ammonia anyway.

Just an update.After an unusual start my tank fully cycled in two weeks.I was a bit surprised.Had three days of dosing ammonia
with No ammonia and nitrite.I did dose heavy with the safe start .Maybe just got lucky.
