A few plants turned up today so water change time and plant them see how it looks later

I'd move the castle further back and to one side more, but that's just me.
(I do have a small castle in two of the tanks, but they aren't obvious. ;) )

Does anyone dose liquid carbon with flourish for plant growth?

I do but a different brand. I'm not sure what benefit the liquid carbon has if any, when I stop changing other stuff in the tank I'll switch to only using fertiliser and see what happens.
I find the lack of product information or testing in the aquarium trade very frustrating but as water treatment and aquaculture don't use plants much there's a lack of any scientific information on growing immersed plants.
