So down to zero again for both tests today. If I top it up again and get the same results tomorrowish can I consider it cycled?

Then can I do a big water change and just keep topping the ammonia up until I get some fish?

So, had more than 3 tests back with zeros after topping up to 2 ml. I did a 2/3 water change and have got the Gh down to 16-17 which seems about as sensible as it's likely to get.
Looks like we are ready for fish, will get the kids to look at some pics see what they like. Maybe start off slow with 1 or 2 species and some snails. It's been a journey getting here.
