Zarra has one and it has relieved muscle pains caused by running and lifting.

Tried to go back to bed but no, too much pain.
Aquarium observation:
I mentioned in an earlier post that George (Flash pleco, L204) often goes in the clay cave at the right of the aquarium and has been cleaning (or something) and clearing the muck & debris with his tail from the front of the cave.
Well, I spotted Mildred entering the other clay cave on the left of the aquarium today.
It's the first time I've observed Mildred entering the clay cave although I have seen Mildred perched on top of the cave several times previously.
So maybe it was Mildred creating the mounds in the sand (far left) also, and maybe Mildred is also a male (?).
Mildred has certainly grow and is now close to the size of George. George is definitely (99%) male.

This is probably a yes, have you tried a TENS Machine for your pain relief?
Should be a obvious shape difference from above between the sexes.
WARNING - DO NOT BREED, FEED OR PET THE PUDDLE!

I still get sciatica from time to time, but I know I still have two dodgy vertebrae.
The only way I can relieve it (together with painkillers) is to try and stretch my whole back, which is really difficult sometimes.
I'm normally out of action for about 3 days when it strikes.
Hope yours clears up quickly.
Fingers crossed you have a pair and not two males.

Here is a pic of Mildred on the glass, not easy as as soon as I approached Mildred moved.
I was trying to get an image of the underside in an attempt to see what sex Mildred is.
I also tried to take an image of one of the Cupid cichlids (Biotodoma cupido).
Neither of the images are good (using phone camera).

The flash plecos are lovely looking fish. They look quite confident for plecos as well!
